ParityFactory Support Portal & Help Desk
Parity’s support portal is a place for customers to track, update and review support incidents. In addition, the portal contains a searchable knowledge base of documentation, incident resolution procedures and general best practices.
Parity Support is dedicated to fostering cooperative relationships with customers as they learn to effectively operate Parity technology. For this reason, there is no charge for individual service requests. Users are encouraged to bring to Parity’s attention any actual or suspected problems as early as possible.
Hours & Response Times
Parity Support is available via the Support Portal as well as by phone and email during normal business hours. Parity’s normal business hours are 8am to 5pm PST. Parity will acknowledge all support requests within 2 hours of receipt.
Making Support Requests
Submitting inquiries through the Support Portal is recommended. Our team uses this automated tool to review, assign, track and respond to issues as they come in – ensuring fast responses and ticket resolution.
